Complimentary Staging for All of My Listing Clients
As a Staging Specialist, I offer complimentary staging to all my listing clients. I work with the homeowner's furniture and often times bring in additional wall art , bedding, accessories and if necessary, much more to complete a trendy look that will appeal to as many potential buyers as possible. Achieving a professionally decorated look is beneficial when taking the listing photos.
Complimentary Professional Photography
I only use professional photography on all of my listings. Great looking online, listing photos are extremely important to me. My goal is to get all potential buyers interested and get them in the front door, without hesitation. My lead photos will be the best, keeping the buyers interest from start to finish. I am very selective and will not use a photo if it does not showcase the home well.
Complimentary Professional Cleaning
All of my buying and listing clients will receive a one time professional cleaning service to be used however they wish. Cleaning before listing a home can be extremely important so it shows beautifully or the seller may choose to use the service on the day of move out (the last thing anyone wants to do after a tiring week of packing is clean their house for the incoming buyers). For my buying clients, using this service before you move into your new home can give you peace of mind knowing it's fresh and clean.
